The origin
Why Design MVNT exists.
Design MVNT was founded in 2024 by Anthony Rivera — not because the market needed another marketing agency, but because too many businesses were being underserved by ones that only knew half the picture.
Anthony spent a decade working across industries before starting the consultancy. He cut his teeth at a real estate headhunting startup, then moved into BPO — managing marketing for multiple brands across wildly different sectors simultaneously. That breadth of exposure became his edge.
What he found, consistently, was that most marketing problems weren't just creative problems. They were systems problems. Process problems. Strategy problems. Businesses needed someone who could see the full picture — from the campaign brief to the CRM workflow to the reporting dashboard — and connect all the dots.
Design MVNT was built to be that partner.

A decade of experience across real estate, BPO, events, and e-commerce has given Anthony a rare vantage point: he understands marketing not just as a creative discipline, but as a business system. His expertise spans visual design, creative development, data analysis, CRM and marketing automation, system automation, and organisational process re-engineering — making him as comfortable in a strategy session as he is in a design brief or a data dashboard.
Anthony's career aim is to become a marketing solutions architect — someone who doesn't just run campaigns, but designs the entire marketing infrastructure a business needs to grow sustainably.
